Beary Birthday Card - {Handmade Card}

I don't know if you've noticed the shiny, new button in my sidebar, BUT I'm ecstatic to announce that I am the newest member of the Scrappy Frogs Challenge Blog Design Team. I couldn't be more overjoyed to be apart of such an awesome team and these girls are seriously talented. I was going to tell you what this blog is all about in my own words, but really the description on the blog says it the best:

The latest challenge is a slider card and I had a TON of ideas jumbled around in my head for this project (very unusual for me) , but in the end I settled on using the "Beary Best Friends" stamp set from Stampin' Up! and used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #87 and this is what I came up with:

There is an adorable coordinating stamp set called "Seal of Pawthenticity" which I used for the back of the card.

Okay, so funny story. Recently, L was was using the potty and he had the door shut (he's developed a bit of modesty) and he was being kind of quiet. Any of you who have kids or have just been around kids for any period of time know that when a kid is being quiet for an extended amount of time, something's up. I opened the door slowly as not to disturb whatever mischief was going on and I was greeted with my son sitting on the toilet with his pants on his head.

Doesn't he kind of look like a King sitting on his throne wearing his crown?

I whipped out the iPhone and took about 27 pictures. These will definitely be going in the photo album I make specifically to show the girlfriends one day. Weirdo.
