Post Title: This is a place to jot down possible post titles and/or something you have settled on. A great title should be straight to the point and convey exactly what your readers can expect in your post. It should stand out to readers in a sea of other post titles out there.
Thoughts: These are ideas that you would like to include in your post. You can write down keywords, external links to include, notes, and anything else that comes to mind before, during, and after you write a post.
Inspiration: We all know that we find inspiration from our daily lives, shows/movies we watch, other blogs and websites, nature, and the list can go on and on. Here, you would jot down any inspiration that you would like to include in your post or just refer back to when you're stuck. It's just good blog etiquette to include links to other bloggers you have found inspiration from to complete a project. It's not only good for the other blogger, but it makes it easier for search engines to know exactly what you're writing about.
Internal Links: When you create links to your other posts from inside new posts, you can keep readers at your blog reading for longer periods of time. This generates regular readers (and followers) instead of just one-time visitors. It makes your blog more interesting and substantial.
Promote: Check off the appropriate places that you have promoted your blog. Facebook, Twitter, Newsletter, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, and any other social media that helps you to connect with your readers.
Follow-Up: When I write some of my posts, it inspires me in other ways and I think of other posts for the future. This is where you would write these thoughts down. If you're having trouble thinking of an original or new post, refer back to your "follow-up" ideas.

I also have monthly pages with the day and date listed. After the date, you can write down your post title or thought you are working on for that particular post. After you have written and completed the post, you can check off that day in the checkbox provided.Click on the image to download |

I hope you're having an awesome day!!
WOW, Courtney, that is SUCH a great idea! I'm impressed...and I totally need this. I have a wall calendar that I use, but this would be so handy for organizing my thoughts about upcoming posts and series and I love the giveaways page to help keep track of it all. Would you pretty please share this at my party if you haven't already?

DeleteI'm so happy you liked the Blog Planner!!
Thanks for sharing! Pinned it, and your newest gfc follower! :)
ReplyDeleteAll of these organizational pages are awesome! I think this would help anyone with organizing their own blog. I really can't think of anything else you could add. Thanks for sharing these:)
ReplyDeleteOh My GoodNess! I Lover these! And I have the perfect binder to put them into! One of my top priorites this year is getting organized, and I've been doing ok, with the exception of my blog! Thank you for Solving that problem! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I've pinned it for the future. Right now I'm using a little notebook that's almost full! :)

Wow, this is just awesome!! I was wanting something similar but thought I'd have to come up w/ it myself and then I saw you on Tatertots and Jello. Thanks for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteVery impressive!I just shared this on Facebook. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful! Thank you for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteVery Cool! I saw this pinned on Pinterest and had to print it and try it for myself. I am generally not very good at being organized so hopefully this will get me on track! :o)
ReplyDeleteCourtney, thanks so much for sharing these! They are terrific. A great way to organize everything! May I ask what program you used to create them?
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
Mandy
Hi Mandy! I think I emailed you already, but just so everyone else can know too, I used My Digital Studio by Stampin' Up! Thanks so much for the question! :D
DeleteAwesome! And how sweet of you to share!
ReplyDeleteThese are great! Thanks so much for sharing
ReplyDeleteYou are so nice to share this! I'm gonna give it a try to be more organized about posting. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteNew follower, too. I had to laugh when I saw in your write-up that you are a glitter freak. I, too, am an unashamed glitter lover. When I spilled some while looking though the cabinet the other day, I thought, "Wow, how pretty!" rather than being upset.
ReplyDeleteHaha! That is so funny! That sounds just like something I would do! :D
DeleteThanks for sharing! I just started blogging a couple of months ago and I have so many ideas written on random pieces of paper and notes in my phone. This is exactly what I need to help me keep my ideas together. And it helps that the planner is super cute:)
ReplyDeleteLove the planner idea! I have a regular planner where I write ideas and track stuff but it doesn't work quite like this. I'm going to give yours a try!
ReplyDeleteI need one of these for the other side of blogs - what I've read/entered so that I remember to check back! Maybe if my little blog corner ever evolves into more than a hobby, I will need these at that time.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea! I will get working on something like that soon! Stay tuned! :D
DeleteThis is SUCH an awesome idea!!! And so cute too! :) Thank you so much for sharing!!! :) Loving your blog!! :)
ReplyDeleteThese look great! I'm going to pin it so I can remember it if I ever want to get all my things on one place too ;)
ReplyDeleteFantastic resource - has been repinned and shared on my blog facebook page to 1900 people there.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I could think of to add that I have never tracked is my networking - maybe a log for my commenting and sharing other people's work so I am not just sharing /connecting with the same blogs all the time. I try to comment on at least 5 posts a day (more on a good day) and share at least 2-3 things on my FB wall for my fans daily.
Deb @ www.homelifesimplified.com.au
Hey Deb! That's such a great idea for a page! I will get started on something like that really soon so you can add it to your planner! Stay tuned! :D
DeleteThanks so much for sharing it on FB! That's so nice!
So nice of you to share this! I am pinning your idea and sharing it on my fb page!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing. I'm going to download these. I think a great addition to your planner is something I want to make and that is a daily to do sheet. Basically a checklist of things you should do each day to promote your blog, etc. Things like visiting 5 other blogs and commenting on them, visiting an online forum and replying, interacting on FB, etc. I need lists to accomplish things easier.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea! I will totally create something like this! Thanks so much for the feedback! Stay tuned for more pages soon! :D
DeleteLove it! I wish I could be so organized!
ReplyDeleteThis is a really great idea. Thanks for sharing!:)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea :). My suggestions (and I haven't read everyone's) would be to include a separate column for the "winners" of the giveaway, and to offer it in some format other than printed for those of us who don't use paper much, either a saveable PDF or a Word or Excel version.
ReplyDeleteAha! Yes! That's a wonderful idea! I will edit that page to include that! Thanks so much for the suggestion and for stopping by! :D
DeleteI really like this but and am going to use this for work!
ReplyDeleteI would also love to see a winners column, and a column for review item (some of mine give one item for review, and something different for giveaway). This is not only a super awesome idea, but so CUTE!! :) I'm downloading what you've got, and will be trying it out. If you ever put a full thingy on Etsy, I'd be very interested! Oh, and I also like the suggestion of having a digital version; I prefer to write things out by hand, but it would be nice to be able to transfer each completed month to digital so I can keep lengthy records ;)
ReplyDeleteOh oh oh!! Just thought of a page I would LOVE to see - a place to keep track of guest posts that are written for our blogs, AND a place to track the guest posts WE write for OTHER blogs! I write a weekly post on another blog, and guest post frequently, and would just DIE to be able to track them all efficiently!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the suggestions Alena! I will be adding some new pages soon, so stay tuned! :D
DeleteThis is incredible!!! Found you through Pinterest, and my printer is going going going!!! The only thing I would say, is in "promotion" add places where we can write in more "other" places! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for these awesome printables!!! <3 Cannot wait to read more!
Thank you so much for this! What a wonderful idea and SO useful! I'll be putting it to good use right now.

This is such a smart idea. Thanks for sharing these!
ReplyDeleteCourtney I just thought of a page I would add. Someone may have already mentioned it but a page to keep track of which blog hops, linky parties etc are on which days would be good.
ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful idea! I will be adding some new pages soon, so stay tuned! :D
DeleteThanks so much!
I was also going to suggest a page for keeping track of blog parties that you like to link to eack week and a way to track what you've linked to each party.
DeleteThanks for sharing such great info here...love your blog!
ReplyDeletegreat resource. so going to help me

Courtney, Thanks so much for this. I liked it so well that I featured it tonight on this week's Motivated Monday at BeColorful.

Thank you this is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI think I would like to use tabs, and wondered how you set up the weekly pages with the months? I am going to using my Bind it all, so moving things around after won't be very easy.
I keep track of all this stuff on my computer, but I am really excited about going back to a paper planner, because I can carry it with me {much easier than typing things out on my tablet} also because when I have ideas or make a note of something they end up getting jotted down on an envelope, and by the time I sit down at the computer to enter things...I can't find where I wrote them down!!!!
Thanks much!!!
Thanks so much for sharing this!! What a great tool! I featured your project on a recent WFW, too. Here's the link: http://www.bargainshoppingparadise.com/2012/01/wallet-friendly-wednesday-21-27.html.
