I've decided that the giveaway will be every month at the end of the month and all of the people who linked up something will go in to the pot and I will randomly select someone and then announce it here. So, everyone that just entered something in to the first link party, stay tuned at the end of the month and see if you won! :)
Alrighty, I've been thinkin' and I sort of have all my menus, meals, recipes, and so on scattered around and in all different places, so I think I'm just going to consolidate everything and put it here. So, the plan is to post my weekly menu and, eventually, have all my go-to recipes here. That way, I can also share everything with you. :)
I do all my grocery shopping on Tuesdays (L's at pre-school that day so I only have the one munchkin and it's way easier) and then I try to do all my errand-running and appointments on Thursdays since that's the other day L is in pre-school. Therefore, I do all my menu planning Monday night and I also clean out the fridge late Monday night so that it's all fresh and clean for the new groceries I bring home on Tuesday. We also do leftovers Monday for dinner and get rid of or eat any other leftovers we don't want thrown out. We usually don't ever have to throw anything out, though. I hate throwing out food, as I'm sure you do as well.
Menu: Week of 9/14
Tuesday: We're going to Disneyland! Woot-woot!
Wednesday: Five-Spice Chicken Kabobs, Jamine Rice, and Asparagus
Thursday: Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican rice, and Corn
Friday: Cheeseburgers, chips, and salad
Saturday: Have dinner plans
Sunday: Bacon & Cheese Quiche, Cinnamon Streusel, and fruit salad
Monday: Leftovers

I love the menu list. We are having enchiladas this week too. I'm on a mission to find the perfect recipe! I hope you get most of your TO DO list done. I also really love the card below...I need to get a piercing tool.
