What you need:
1 pound red potatoes, cut into eighths
2 tablespoons butter (melted), margarine, or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
dash or two of paprika
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Put potatoes in 9x9 inch baking pan.
3. Combine butter, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and paprika.
4. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
5. Bake for 45 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, stir, and then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
