Slow Cooker French Dip
What you need:
4 pounds beef chuck
1 - 10.5 oz can condensed french onion soup
1 - 10.5 oz can beef broth
1 - 12 fl oz bottle or can beer
6-8 french rolls
butter
1. Trim all the extra fat off the beef chuck and then place in slow cooker.
2. Pour in soup, broth, and beer. Set slow cooker on low and cook for 7 hours.
3. After the 7 hours, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Slice rolls and spread butter on both sides. Place butter side up in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
5. Shred the meat and place inside roll. Serve the sauce for dipping. Yummy!
