HAPPY
Granted, my life is not perfect. I wish for a lot of things, even pray for some. I wish D was home more often. I wish we had more money. I wish my Grandpa had lived long enough to have met my children. I wish my Dad lived a little closer. I wish my body still looked the way it did before my two kids. I wish we were out of debt. I wish that I had as much energy as my 3 year old. I wish, I wish, I wish...
But, to stop and think about how much I have. How many people I have around me that I love and who love me, too. How many hugs and kisses, and memories, and laughs, and smiles that I am surrounded by everyday. I am so grateful and in awe of all of it. At this very second in my life, my kids are both sleeping (aaahhhhh), I'm sitting on the couch in my comfy jeans, silence surrounds me except for the sound of the slow cooker at work on tonight's dinner, my incredible husband is at work, it's a beautiful day outside, and we are healthy. Happy... :)
Okay, enough of the "gushy" stuff. On to the project. >>
This is a sweet little gift I put together with Bath & Body Works "stuff," a tray from Target, and some rubber stamps. I used all Stampin' Up! products to create the notecards and the little labels for the bottles and jars.
Includes: 8 notecards w/ envelopes, body butter, body lotion, shower gel, body cream, hand cream and silver tray. |

What a nice post to read tonight. I'm happy because I kept my granddaughter today. She's such a delight - almost 3 and soaking up everything. I'm also happy because my dear hubby got off early so he could come home and play with her, too.
ReplyDeleteLife is good.
And your tray looks beautiful. I love the notecards. You did a great job.
