Here's a little project I made the other day. We haven't had a chance to visit the pumpkin patch, yet, and so our porch was looking a little bare in the pumpkin department. I saw these nice looking plastic craft pumpkins at the Michael's Craft Store and pondered over what I would do with them for a couple days.
I had some fishnet stockings laying around that I ripped a big hole in a few months ago and so I thought, "Hmmm, can pumpkins be sexy? We'll see,..."
I also had a couple of these signs stuffed in my craft closet from an old project I did a year ago. I decided to paint them with some chalkboard paint and attach them to my "Sexy Pumpkins."

ReplyDeleteThis is genius!!!!!!! They look incredibly awesome. Your porch is so festive.
ReplyDeleteLOVE this idea!!!! You r brilliant! Thx for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteI too tried to cut those pumpkins when making one of those stackable topiaries. Unless I lose my marbles, I will never attempt something like that again! I guess that's why Michael's was heavily advertising the service to carve these pumpkins this year!
ReplyDeleteLove what you did with the fishnets. They are very different, and I love unusual things that are pretty. Plus they kind of remind me of spider webs. Thanks for sharing your idea! Happy Halloween!
