** WARNING! LOTS OF PICTURES AHEAD**
This last week, I decided it was high time the Fall decorations make their appearance. I spent an entire day, getting the house prepared, dusting off things as I took them out of the boxes, then dusting off the house from all the dusty decor, sneezing a bit, and finally taking pictures of my completed work (at 8:30 at night). I have to say, though, that I am pretty proud and now ready to show you this year's Fall decorations. I'll show you what I had up last year compared to this year.

Here are some other things that I didn't really change or I added that are totally new and some more pictures of the stuff above:
This little wire pumpkin is something I made last year and I was sort of worried about how it would hold up after packing it away last year. I opened up the box this year and was so happy to find it in perfect condition! I made it with floral wire. EASY!
I scored this awesome little sink set at Target and I absolutely LOVE it! It's by Caldrea, but because it's at Target, it's a little more affordable! Yay! It fits so wonderfully with my whole color scheme in my kitchen, but when I added all the fall stuff to the house, the sink-set stuck out a little like a big "blue" thumb. Get it? Get it? Cuz, it's blue. Okay, moving on. So, I thought, "I'm gonna have to by a new Caldrea set that matches the kitchen for fall." But, we're on major budget this year for the holidays, so I decided that wasn't gonna happen. What did happen was I covered it in some "Fall" DCWV paper.
Yay! Fall Caldrea sink set in 5 minutes! Woot-woot!

Look at all the pretty and colorful fall accents. Well done! Love the paper you used to wrap the bottles. I'm a sucker for curlicues.
ReplyDeleteI love all of your Fall decor especially that little curly pumpkin, votive holder that I think may be in a bathroom. Can you tell me where you got it???? I LOVE it! XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteI got the votive holder at Michaels Craft Store just about a week ago. Thanks for your question. :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice tour of your fall flair. It is all great but I loved the last year /this year twist. I think this year was a subtle but significant update. Everything had just a bit of a cleaner more sophisticated vibe that I really liked. Nicely done. Thanks for linking up to Motivated Monday at BeColorful
